Their website was functionally a brochure: 5 pages, no lead capture beyond a generic “Contact Us” form, no case studies, no service-level detail. Sales cycle for new commercial accounts averaged 4–6 weeks and relied entirely on outbound sales.
2. The Strategy & Execution
We rebuilt the site with a commercial-specific path separate from residential offerings. Key additions: a “Service Agreements” landing page with tier comparison, 4 commercial case studies, an “RFP-ready” company overview PDF download, and a 2-form strategy: a 15-second “Quick Quote” for small jobs and a detailed “Request a Proposal” form for contracts.
Our team began by auditing their local SEO footprint and discovering massive gaps in their Google Business Profile optimization. We completely rewrote their service page architecture, ensuring each page was targeting high-intent commercial keywords. We then deployed our proprietary LocalDesk CRM to capture leads and automated follow-ups.
3. The Results
