This sample reflects a specialized new-installation HVAC business in the Phoenix area, primarily serving home renovations and new builds. The business was 80% referral-dependent. Their online presence was a single-page website with a phone number. Seasonal demand spikes meant they were booked solid from May–September but had quiet Decembers-Februaries with underutilized crews.
2. The Strategy & Execution
We built a content-rich site focused on new installation scenarios: “New AC for Home Addition,” “Replacing a 20+ Year System,” “HVAC for New Build.” Each service page included a cost calculator, financing information, and a “Free In-Home Estimate” booking form.
Our team began by auditing their local SEO footprint and discovering massive gaps in their Google Business Profile optimization. We completely rewrote their service page architecture, ensuring each page was targeting high-intent commercial keywords. We then deployed our proprietary LocalDesk CRM to capture leads and automated follow-ups.
3. The Results
Within 90 days, website-sourced installation leads reached 14/month. Winter utilization improved from 45% to 72% through targeted seasonal content and promotions. Average project value held at $8,400.
